Jerome Daley is an executive coach and culture consultant who is passionate about helping leaders thrive...and build thriving organizational cultures. With over 20 years in people development, he speaks, trains, and coaches people toward their true identity and maximum performance.
Making his home in the mountains of North Carolina, he and his wife Kellie are parents of three grown children. His great delights are taking spiritual retreats, drinking good wine, backpacking in the mountains, and playing with his grandson.
experience
Jerome spent his early years in banking and real estate before shifting toward personal growth and development with a 10-year stint in church leadership. Following a year-long sabbatical in the mountains of Colorado, he spent the next four years as a full-time writer. Jerome is the author of 10 books, which you can see below.
In 2005 Jerome founded Thrive 9 where he works with Christian-led businesses, churches, and nonprofits. His specialties include culture-crafting, communication and conflict, self-leadership, team development, and nonprofit board development. In 2007 Jerome co-founded and became Publisher of Christian Coaching Magazine.
Between 2007 - 2012 he served as Senior Advisor and Adjunct Faculty at the Center for Coaching Excellence, based in Minneapolis. From 2010 - 2013, Jerome partnered with Extraordinary! Inc. to deliver trainings and coaching to corporate clients across the East Coast.

Jerome is a credentialed coach with certifications from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Center for Coaching Excellence (CCE), and the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT). He is assessment-certified in EQi-2.0 and Professional Dynametrics Programs and his tools of choice include the Enneagram, EQi-360, and ProScan. Jerome is also trained in conflict coaching and mediation through Peacemaker Ministries.
